NI 43-101 Certification

NI 43-101 (National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects) is the Canadian regulatory standard that defines how technical information from mineral projects must be disclosed to the market. It is recognized by exchanges, investors and regulators worldwide as a credibility benchmark.

For Sozo, certifying our project under NI 43-101 means submitting every exploration stage - from sample collection to geological modeling - to review by independent Qualified Persons (QPs), professionals with internationally recognized formal qualifications.

Standardized technical disclosure

Technical reports following the 43-101F1 model, with mandatory sections on geology, sampling, QA/QC, resources and risks.

SRK Consulting is a global independent consultancy with over 45 years of experience in geology, mining engineering and environmental studies. It serves major mining companies and financial institutions worldwide and is a global reference for preparing and reviewing technical reports under international standards (NI 43-101, JORC and SAMREC).

For Serra do Brigadeiro, SRK acts as independent technical auditor, validating sampling methodologies, analytical quality control protocols (QA/QC), geological models and resource estimates. SRK independence ensures market credibility of our results.
